The account you sign in with (an identifier and the email address supplied by Google or Apple), and whatever you choose to add: ritual text and your practice progress, your masonic CV entries, certificate files you upload, the appeals and festivals you set up with the fundraising targets you set for them, along with the donations and regular giving you record against them, your lodge attendance entries with dates, offices and notes, the glossary terms, definitions and links you save, and your reading list with chapter progress and study notes. If you use spoken delivery scoring, the words that were heard, your score and the passage they were checked against are saved. Your voice training readings are kept in the same way: the training passage, the words that were heard back, how accurately they were heard and your speaking pace, along with the short list of words commonly misheard in your voice. The audio itself is never stored — it is transcribed and discarded — and you can delete any reading at any time.
Donation entries are your own notes of what you have given. No payment is taken here, and no bank or card details are asked for or held.
Only you. Every entry, and every uploaded certificate file, is tied to your account and the store refuses requests for anyone else's. There is no sharing, no public area, and no lodge-wide view.
Your ritual, delivery transcripts and flashcards are also encrypted with a key personal to your account, so they are unreadable to anyone looking at the stored data.
Deleting a piece removes it and all of its practice history immediately. If you want your whole account and everything in it removed, contact the person who runs this site and it will be deleted.
Signing in with Google or Apple tells them you have signed in here, and tells this site your email address and name. No other information passes between them and this site.
